Vinification: traditional alcoholic fermentation in steel for seven days, subsequent maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation in steel. 24 months ageing in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels and at least one year in the bottle.
Food paring: perfect with all meat and game main courses. Excellent with mature cheeses.
