The Merlot
 Toscana Merlot I.G.T Wine made from 100% Merlot grapes from the Chiusurli vineyard at 320 metres above sea level. The selection is very rigorous, followed by vinification in steel with subsequent ageing in tonneaux. A very intense red colour, the bouquet has small red fruits and light nuances of tobacco.
The taste is full and enveloping with a balanced acidity on the finish.

Vinification: : : Traditional red. Alcoholic fermentation in steel for 7 days, subsequent skin maceration and malolactic fermentation in steel. 24 months ageing in French oak barrels.

Food Paring: Suitable for first courses with meat sauces, perfect with Tuscan cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
